In accordance to Turkey’s 2023 exporting targets, the importance of African markets gradually increases. Angola stands out In this context especially by being one of the most important gate to The West African market. Relations between the two countries improving both as commercial and as cultural systematically since 2013.

Dear Kiala Gabriel the minister of industry of Angola which is in the third position by economically in Africa Continent after The Republic of South Africa and Nigeria, Ankara Ambassador Dear Jose Guerreiro Alves Primo and a committee together with him came to Istanbul to evaluate possibilities for cooperation with Turkey in recent days.

During this visitation, we so pleased for finding chance to honour Mr. Gabriel and his commitee who visit our company Burak Alüminyum. Our board member Mr. Arif Özer said thus about the visitation: “Potential of Angola where we have been visited before, is not known in Turkey unfortunately. Angola is a country has vast amount underground treasures, and with serious development policies the view of Angola can be changed in the next 10 years. Beside Luanda is one of the most important ports of West Africa. It’s geopolitical position makes Angola a hub port for distribution to West and Central African Countries.

We do believe that this meeting will increase the potantials between the two countries and by Dear Minister’s contacts and Turkish contractors and industrialists will take a serious part on construction of Angola.”
